Hey Josh once again, I was wondering what the price range would be to get 5% on all of the windows over the factory thanks a lot

okay thanks then how is yours so much less expensive. I know he did double layers, but i thought it would be more than 200 for all around

I haven't done any heatshrinking for curved windows yet, but I have a friend that can help me with the hard stuff.
Tinting is pretty easy, you just need to be patient and have a clean work area. I envy people with garages, I have to just chance it in my driveway.
I just pulled off my 20% at the end of april to get a safety check, now is the time to black it out so I can enjoy it for a year before I pull it.

Don't really know what to say, it's high quality stuff -- 5 year warranty.
My last runner had 5% double layers cost about $150 in total but different city cheaper price.

I paid over $1100 because I had them redone 6 or 7 times. Most shops will charge in the mid $200's for all 7 windows. The % you choose has no relevance to the price. It's a flat price whether you choose 50% or 5%.
Also, if you do double layers, you obviously have to pay for double material.
It's not an expensive mod, if you are satisfied the first time. I just kept going darker and darker until I ended up with this. Good luck.
BTW: I might add, Limo tint at your own risk. I outran a cop today because of mine. I don't use my radar detector around the city, it stays in my glovebox. Today I saw a cop sitting on the side of the street with his radar gun, and a dumb grin on his face, but my windows were down. 5 or 10 minutes later, I wanted to see the range on my detector so I drove back in that direction, forgetting that my windows were up. He saw me of course, and gave me a second look, noticing I was by that point rolling my windows down. Of course, on go his lights, but he had a good 2-3 cars between us. So I gunned it, went around a few cars and a bus, and ducked into a residential neighborhood that I am familiar with, and took a back route through an alley. :bigok:

wow nice man you must know that area really well if you can ditch a cop if he's only three cars behind you. I live in colorado and were allowed to have the front windows tinted to 27%, so if i go for the 5 its gonna be pretty obvious

Not as obvious as going darker than 5% when the legal limit is 70%(which is CA's legal limit.) :bigok:

haha very true wow 70% is like nothing so i decided on 5% all the way around. Hope it looks good!

Wow - that is some dark tint! Looks good. I love blacked out rigs.
Auto tint is a way of life here in Floriduh. I got mine tinted the 1st week I had it home - very 1st mod (Thanks Rick's in Ormond Bch).
7 trips and a grand is a bit mental but if that's what it took to get it the way you like - no worries. I just got what ever was the legal limit including the sun strip on the windshield. Not sure the % but not a personal fan of uberdark on the fronts at night.
I added a big light out back to see when backing up in the dark.

colemanfu you got rid of the tinted back lights? At my local shop it is 25 dollars for them to install it if i provide the sheet cause tinting well isn't really my thing

One of my jobs is manager at a Baskin Robbins, and today a cop came in to get some ice cream. He stood outside and ate his ice cream, while looking at my truck fairly intensively multiple times. I'm not sure if he didn't care, or if it's because they can only write tickets for moving violations, not while parked. Either way, he never mentioned my windows. So far i've lucked out.
