Window tint thru Mail arrived krinkled...

Hello, I need some input please....

I ordered some window tint, at maybe too good of a deal off ebay. The seller did not pack it in a hard tube or thick cardboard box, it was in its origional thin box inside a plastic bag shipped across the US and the shippers bent the bag in half. The film is mildy krinkled on the middle outside roll, and it looks a little worse wrkiled on the inside. Might have to stick it to the seller for a refund but I want to use it if I can. It looks like good stuff if only it had not of gotten bent in half.

My main question is; have any of you here had experience installing window tint that got bent or had minor or bad krinkles/wrinkles? Is what I have trash? I have photos but am unsure how to post here. It is a 10ft roll of 35%, I am really hoping there is enough for my gen 3s front windows and was hoping to do a highlanders fronts as well. Could not find any info on this wrinkly business using search engines.

Usually you should trash it. But who knows.

Maybe give the seller a heads up.. send pictures, and come to an agreement that you'll try to shrink the crease out but if it doesn't work. Refund.

use wrinkle free only, dont even try to install that messed up tint. save you a headache.

Contact the seller and go after the shipper

File a complaint through ebay...seller will have to right it or PayPal will refund your purchase price. Been through that route before.

Why not have a shop do it? Just get the huper-optic. So good.
