Window Trim Rot

I have a 2011 TE and now have window trim rot on both passenger side doors and the rear window. More often then not this truck is in a parking garage during the hottest part of the day. Truck isn't even three years old yet according to build date but over 59900 miles, so hopefully the dealer will fix this. Has anyone else had this happen?

Could you post a pic or two? I'm in NM and my '12 sits out all year long. I haven't noticed anything wrong with the trim yet.
 
I have the same issue on the driver, passenger and rear window on my 2011 SR5. I came here looking for info yesterday and found this thread. I saw another 5th Gen in a parking lot today with the same issue. I wonder if this has something to do with Arizona weather?

Very hot and very dry are a bad combo for most rubber products.
 
While I have not seen this and hopefully want on my wife's 4runner. I did just change out my lower window weatherstripping on my 08 tundra. It had started to dry rot and come apart. Ordered all new ones for all windows but only pass side was showing signs. Changed them last week and was schocked that when taking them all off how bad they were.

$58.00 later and replaced all is good know. At 1st I wasn't happy but remembered that this is a 6 year old truck and just fixed it. I wouldn't think parking in a garage even if hot, humdid or dry would be as bad it setting out in the direct sun with the same conditions?
 
My 2010 TE is doing this too. Mostly passenger side that faces the afternoon sun in my driveway. Totally ripping off now.

I've never had this problem on another car I've owned, and I've owned some 20 year old cars in the deep South.
 
So does anyone know how to replace these weather stripping seals on the windows and what the part numbers are?
 
Window Trim Part #'s

I just bought a 2010 and 3 out of 4 lower seals were cracked. I had the dealer order them for me. They ordered from NAPA but the plastic has the Toyota sticker # on them.

Toyota part #s:
75711-35011 - Front
75712-35011 - Front
75721-35011 - Rear
75722-35011 - Rear

I haven't installed them yet but I'll post when I do. There are a couple small clips that look really interesting on how to remove...

If anyone does this before me please post a few pics. Thanks!

I've lived in Arizona for 30+ years and owned some vehicles up to 15 years. I religiously apply Armorall protectant to ALL outside rubber, plastic and vinyl surfaces at least twice a year. Probably not much help at this point to the OP, but if you do replace them all, you (and others) may wish to consider such an approach. The combo of heat and UV is simply too much to expect long term integrity without some additional protection.
