window visors - in channel advice

I've had Weathertec before and they worked well and very streamlined to the body. It's been a while since I purchased any .

Anything new out there I should look at ?? I want in channel type for front and back windows only.

haven't seen too many out there yet but a couple popping up here and there. Not sure how good/bad these are but I like shopping at Amazon so...

Yes the Wade in channel is the other one I've heard of but have never seen them or no nothing about them .

Wife want a set for her Rav4 too , so I guess I'll be spending double the price no matter what I get. lol.

I've got weathertechs on my 06 Runner and they def look really good and work fantastic on the T4R, one thing i've heard from others about the in channel types is that you will hear some outside wind noise because the visors will eventually create a gap in the weather stripping around your windows. MY EXPERIENCES: I do hear a little more wind noise than i did when i didn't have them but it wasn't significant, at least not to ME. I also got used to it so it doesn't bother me at all.

But AVS also makes some nice visors for the T4R also.

Weathertech doesn't make them for the 5th gen because apparently the windows are designed tighter on the 5th gens to decrease noise and so there's not enough room for them to fit.

This comes from the Weathertech Canada head office.

So I installed the stick on version and they look and work fine.

I thought I saw a few on here with Weathertec on them .

I really don't want the stick on kind. Had them on a few trucks and would prefer to avoid them.

Added AVS ventshades today!

This pic has Wade on it so it might be Westin.

Click on the arrows to see the pics. AVS has hit or miss quality, based on my own experience with other vehicles.
