Windshield Defroster Vent - Remove/clean out?

ok so... my daughter tossed her necklace onto the dash and it slid towards the windshield and went straight down the vent. The necklace isn't worth much and its not causing any issues that I'm aware of, it doesn't seem to have impacted the blend door or whatever it is called that diverts air or made its way to the fan.

Is there a relatively easy way to get to the bottom of this vent? If not I'm leaving it... I've removed and reinstalled a few dashes and I'm not at all interested in doing that for this.

Not sure what her necklace was made out of or how heavy, but maybe a magnetic pickup tool or a vacuum could retrieve it???
