Windshield Moulding Replacement

Just had my windshield replaced in my '07 SR5. They used a different type of moulding across the top than the original, fairly happy with it I guess. The side mouldings don't seem to connect to it right. I noticed however the two side mouldings running from the roof rack down to the hood are cracking right at the curve where the roof meets the winshield. Have any ever replaced these on a 4th generstion and if so what is involved? Can it be done DIY? Also is it possible to replace the aftermarket top windshield moulding with the OEM type without having to remove the windshield. I liked it better original. Thanks in advance.

the molding should go back in the factory channel, u can check for damage channel if you take off the molding out.
