Wing Window Whistle

The wing window on my drivers door whistles at speed. If I push the front corner outward I can temporarily stop the whistle. A couple days ago I inserted two pennies between the closure and the frame and that seems to be working well.

However, I'd like a more permanent solution. Does anyone have one?

Replace the window gasket. It's not sealing properly, ergo the whistling.
Or use a tube of RTV to deal it permanently.
