Wiper Fix...didn't work, any advice?

Hey guys I hoping that replacing a relay in my wiper switch would fix my intermittent function but no such luck. I followed the guide, ordered the exact same relay, and the thing still doesn't work. My slow and fast modes work but when you click it into intermittent, the wipers stop where ever they are.

Has anyone had any luck with fixing these switches? Did I miss something? I hope I don't have to give the toyota gods 100 bucks just to get my intermittent function back...

Our older Toyota Camrys had issues like that where the relay was good. But the switch would go out or the wiper motor assembly would go out since there is a timer in it.

Is there another part on the assembly I should look at? I don't think my wiper motor is shot because they still work, just not intermittently.
