Hi,
I recently had my wiper arms replaced, and now it seems that the wipers aren't completely parking when turned off. They do return to the lower part of the windshield, but I'm almost positive that they used to pause for a second, and then park even further so that the wipers were less noticeable when turned off. Of course, the guys at the Toyota dealership tell me that everything is working normally, and that's as far as they ever parked.
Can anyone with a 99 4runner (or 3rd gen) tell me how their wipers are behaving? Specifically, after turning off the wipers do they
a) return to the bottom of the windshield and stop
or
b) return to the bottom, pause for a second, and then park even lower (similar to what the rear wiper does).
Thanks!
