Wipers wash but no wipe?

So i drove my runner 2 days ago and everything was fine. Today i start it up and go to wash all the pollen off the front windshield. I get spray but no wipe? It makes no sense! I checked all the fuses and they all look good. Manual says they run off the same fuse anyways...

Any ideas or insight? Has anyone ever heard of this problem?
