I have an '07 4runner that I want to install a hitch on. The problem is, I am finding no wiring kits for '07 4runners online. I am looking for a simple plug and play for a standard trailer, 4 pin. I have read some posts that the wiring is already there under the bumper, but I have not had a chance to look yet? This 4runner did not come with a tow package.... any advice? Uhaul wanted $309 to install the hitch with a 7 pin connector, but I can order a hitch for $150 delivered, and if my wiring is already there, and just needs an adapter, I just saved $150... any advice is appreciated!

It's already wired...
Look under the bumper directly above the trailer light plug in this photo. The plug in the photo is the OE dropped down. All you need is a 7-blade (RV) to 4 wire adapter plug.

Thank you so much for your help. I looked under the bumper at lunch, and sure enough, there was a pre-wired 7 pin receptacle. I am assuming when adding an aftermarket hitch, you need to move the OEM receptacle (as shown in your picture? Thanks again, you saved me $150 bones!
