Wiring needed for my Stereo Install?

I am replacing the JBL 10 Speaker system in my 2006 4Runnner, but I don't know what wires or connectors or what else I need. I'm keeping my install as simple as possible and only going back in with the same size stuff I take out so the amp and sub I got will go into the factory locations the old JBL stuff currently resides in.

What do I need to purchase as far as wiring for this install? Wire gauge, wire length, connections, etc??? New wiring for speakers, for amplifiers???

I'm at a total loss. Searching for speaker or amplifier kits online is not helping me. I want all the pieces I need to complete the install my self later this year. Below is what I already have purchased.

Front Speakers - Memphis Audio PRX69C
Rear Speakers - Memphis Audio 15-PRX62
Sub woofer - Retro Sound R-TW84
Amplifier - Kenwood XR900-5
Head unit - Joying JY-TL123

Disclaimer, I have never installed any car audio products so explain it like I'm 5 if you take the time to help out! Thanks is advance.

I just replaced my factory 8 with a set of 10 inch Rockford's, best decision ive made in a while, but the install is relatively simple. I only replaced the factory sub, but I did plenty of research and from what I gathered, you're going to need 2 seperate amps. One of them is for your sub and the other is for your speakers. Each amp requires wiring kits and speaker wires and the like. The kind people over at Cruthfield.com should be able to help you out without costing an arm and a leg, but i think the best thing to do with a whole system replacement would get it done professionally with dynamats and everything, its gonna be a pain in the ass otherwise.

Looking at a new 4th gen runner. Is it more of a pain being in your shoes with the jbl as opposed to not having it? Nathan, I'm assuming you used a shallow sub? Do you have a thread for your new setup? Would like to see
