Wolo Air Horn Installation???

Hi all. Need some help. :help: I just installed the Wolo 402 air horns on my 2003 4Runner but they are not working. I followed the instructions given to me from Wolo tech. department. This is my installation per there instructions. If any one sees anything I might of did wrong, please advise.

1. Connect the negative of the compressor to the neg. of the battery terminal. (8 Gauge Wire)
2. Connect the postive of the compressor to #87 from the relay switch. (8 Gauge wire)
3. Connect #30 from the relay to the positive of the battery using 8 gauge wire with an inline 25amp fuse I got from the stereo place I always use.
4. Connect #85 & #86 from the relay to the two wires from the origianl horn. I taped up the wire from the right horn because I was told it was not needed. I use the two wires from the left horn as per instructions given to me. (16 Gauge Wires)

There is also some type of plug that has two wires and comes from the same gromet as the horn wires. It is a sealed piece. I was wondering if it has anything to do with the horns and if maybe these are the wires that I have to use. I checked my connections and all seems secure. Does anyone have any idea what might be the problem? :dunno: Thanks

You might have the same problem I had with mine which is not a good ground. I ended up using the location of the stock horns for that also functioned as a ground.

Or another person in this forum had trouble, and it turned out they blew their fuse.
