wont start after 10months no use

hi guys

i dont know much about cars...
my 1986 4runner (petrol) was not used for 10months and had no fuel in the tank.i fueld up and put a brand new battery in but of course it didnt want to start.i have no fuel in the petrol filter as well as in the carburator.
i tryed with ignition on to pump the gas pedal for 10min,nothing happend.
the car worked fine when i used it last time.

any suggestions?

Probably a bad fuel pump, but first follow these directions for bypassing the circuit open relay and see if it will start then.
