won't start after master cylinder replaced

I thought I was back in business after having the clutch master cylinder replaced, but now my 2000 t4r won't start unless I press the clutch cancel button. hoping it is just a switch or reset or something-- any ideas? btw, the clutch is working well now.

sorry-- which switch?
the clutch cancel button feature worked right before I had the master cylinder fixed.
