woofer acting weird

even since i hit some bumps too hard, my woofer sounds weaker, but sometimes when im breaking its would return to the wall shaking sound but it only last for a second then it goes away, 2 12 kicler comp with us acoustic amp, worked like a dream b4

i polyfill the box too would that mess with the woofer

^^Agreed. I have had the wires come loose and cause this in previous projects of mine. Be sure to check the signal cable that runs from the deck to the amp, ground and 12V+ of course, then finally make sure the wires running from the amp to the subs are screwed well into the amp ports as well as the subs.

Also if you changed the style of wiring possibly lately (switching from series to parallel) that can change the db output of the speakers but that wouldn't cause them to short out.

Worst case scenario...something is wrong inside the amplifier but I doubt it as most are pretty resilient as long as they can breathe.

I doubt that, just sounds like a loose wire to me. Make sure you check the wiring of the voice coils on the subs too.
