I have the same vehicle and blew a head gasket at 315k. My mechanic took it apart, said it still looked brand new on the inside and that he was going to fix it. I've put 40k on it since then and it's running like a champ. Guess it depends on how much you have in it, and what it would cost to repair it compared to how much it would cost to do the swap. If the used one has been taken care of, might not be a bad way to go.
