Would the 3d gen rims fit 4th gen?

Maybe... You have a Limited which has the 13.3 front brake rotors IIRC. I don't think any 3rd gens use 17" rims which is what's required to clear the 13.3" rotors.


So, my guess is you are outta luck assuming I'm correct that you have the 13.3" rotors vs 12.6" of the SR5.

But my side door sticker says i could use 16" rims.

Wont work. You have the bigger brakes and the 16's wont clear the caliper. I think all the doorjambs say that.
