Would you still buy a 4Runner if you plan to never offroad?

There's no doubt that Toyota cut costs on the 5th gen and eliminated some of the nice touches that us 4th gen owners have....

What are some of the nice touches that have been eliminated? I'll be looking for a 2nd car in about 6 months, and another 4Runner is on my shortlist. We could be a 2 4Runner family.

For what it's worth - I never intended to go off-roading. Some trails near lakes and things like that probably, but never serious off-roading. To me, the 4Runner is a nice balance between the truck I need once in a while and is still family friendly.
