Stock Dunslops are at 6/32" and they suck anyway. Time to get some 265-70-17 to serve may/jun through oct/nov when I put on dedicated winter tires.
TIRES (all P):
Bridgestone Deuler A/T Revo S
Goodyear Wrangler SilentArmor T
Nokian Vatiiva A/T S
USE:
Mountain driving so 85 down a twisting interstate, tight corners on a mountain pass, dry/rain even snow and ice, and of course offroading on rocky mountain trail (nothing super burly, truck is stock).
On the winter/summer swapping note, I wish there were cheaper wheels. At $130-180 per wheel, it would take 4-6 years to break even on the savings from having to do fewer mount and balances at the store. Also, if anyone has winter tire picks, I'd love to hear it. I've been using Dunlop Wintersport M3s on my Accord to good effect.
