write up for rear main seal

does anyone have a write up for a rear main seal on the motor

There is not much to write up. It is a difficult procedure. You will need to drop the tranny, remove the flywheel, remove the seal, inspect your crankshaft for wear, if worn, you will have to sleeve, install new seal, and re-install flywheel and tranny.
