I have one of these just sitting in the garage, probably only used it once. I live on the other side of the country, so shipping may be a little high (I would guess $15-20, but can get a quote from UPS).

How bout $50 + shipping?
 
I finally got around to taking a picture of the mounts. Looks like the front is a hole, and not removable (without removing the whole panel which I will not do). The rear "hook" mount looks to be removable. As long as you have the plugs for these (and they look ok to me) and you already have the holes for the front mount, let's do it.

Does that make sense?
