WTB: 1997 Fender flares

Looking for some fender flares I guess the limited ones not the 4 runner with the door molding junk just the flares, really dont feel like paying $500+ for the bushwhacker ones and no junkyards around here have any that are a complete set. So if you got some you took off your runner and just dont want I might just buy them.

My Bushwackers were $335 shipped, and well worth it.

I believe you are describing that you want "Sport" flares-same size as Limiteds but without body cladding cutouts. Link us to a picture of what you are seeking. Some folks over on Yota Tech "marketplace" have some for example.

I recently helped another member put together a set of Sport flares via craigslist posters and parts here and parts there. When all done including mounting hardware and plastic bits and pieces it was significantly more than brand new Bushwackers.

Don't get me wrong-stock look is great, but dealership prices are crazy and used ones almost always have some damage, lack mounting pieces or some other complication.

Those are the Bushwackers in my photo and I did pay to have them installed because I would have screwed it up big time...

Yeah they are the sport flares, i cant find a picture right off hand but they stick out as far as the limiteds but its just the flare no rear mudflap or nothing, and i dont care if they are scratched, just as long as they dont have gashes or holes in them and any color theyll get painted. And i belive i have all the mounting hardware except for screws, my t4r has the little tabs and plastic inserts inside the wheel wells for flares, just no flares
