There was a post on doing this awhile back - other than obvious differences in the plastic trim pieces - the metal support brackets are welded to the body so unless you had access to a wreck and welding gear it would be a tremendous job for occassional "Hobbit seats." The 3rd row wasn't an 03 option (04 was first year) - and not avail with XREAS. Cheaper to sell old and buy new one (Sequoia) IMHO. The prior post did mention that after-market 3rd row seats were available.
