I have removed the running boards (no longer have them). As far as I know, the power moonroof is fully functional. I simply don't open it because I don't want to deal with a broken cable should it occur. The rear tailgate window is off the track and I have not repaired it (rigged window to be "propped" up from inside liftgate until I could get around to fixing which hasn't happened).
