WTB: 4th gen. rubber pads for sport-edition roof rack

I am looking for the rubber pads that mount between the roof and the plastic front feet of the sport-edition (tube style) roof rack on my 4th gen. I haven't been able to find any information on them, and neither has the dealer.

I live in Denver, and am willing to pay for the parts and shipping.

Also, if anyone has any idea where I might be able to find them other than here, that would be appreciated, too.
