WTB: 99-02 Front Bumper

Looking for a "fat lip" front bumper in good condition off a 99-02 4Runner.

I prefer the bumper to not be the chrome model and am looking for a member that is willing to sell it with the reinforcement backing for a decent price

Prefer it to be local; something decently close to the Los Angeles area

I have a fat lip bumper that is color matched to my rig so it can easily be painted... and comes with the reinforcement bar though im not sure how much shipping would be. Comes with turns and fogs are pending to be sold.
