I'm looking for a set of tall '99 4runner coils, of course in non-sagging shape.

And I have Bilstein shocks to fit your new talls if you are interested stay in touch I will make you a good end of year deal just to get them out of the garage.
I have set of 4 actually but fronts are preloaded into stock 99 front springs with top plate-again if interested just stay in touch.
