wtb clean wheels with tires for a 3rd gen near harrisburg pa

I am looking for a clean true set of wheels w/o tpms and 265/70/16 tires for my 01 4runner. Tires must be fairly new tread, newer date code and even wear. And non of that chinese off brand tire stuff.

Somewhere w/in a couple hours of harrisburg pa would be convenient.

What size tires and do you have pics? I want to make sure the speedo isn't off by getting a different size tire. I would assume these have the normal rubber valve stem?

They're 265/70/17's I believe. Stock Dunlops that come on the new 4Runners. And yes, standard rubber valve stems. They're literally brand new. I bought wheels and tires when I bought the truck, just had to wait about 2 weeks to install them.
