Costly to mail! Do you have an Olympic or Olympus Auto Parts near you? I bought a BOSAL exhaust from them years ago for my '90 22RE 4Runner. It came with a lifetime warranty. I'm on my 3rd replacement - cost like $5 for new gasket. I do a lot of short distance driving which never really heats the system enough to dry it out. It is a single piece exhaust so no leaks or clamps to fuss with. First one was like $109 -- they are like $150 now BUT free replacements. Your other alternative is buy a flowmaster muffler and have a custom shop bend the pipes - benefit is you can go with a slightly larger diameter.

Unforunately there aren't any Olympus Stores in my area.. There are a bunch of Custom exhaust places, but they charge a TON!!

Besides, in New England, most exhausts don't last long anyway.. The sound is killing me more than anything..
