Hey do you know where I can get one cheap? Or of someone selling one?

My engine air filter is up for replacement soon and I'd rather save the money from that and just invest that into this.

No I haven't. I've seen it. I don't know how I feel about the design of it.

The K&N has no air box, the Volant does. Wouldn't that restrict some?

Depends on the series. I have the 63 series, which is more expensive. Sounds like an ok price though.

The Volant has two holes to suck air in (one from the side and other from the right headlight lol). You get get the Volant for $200 (shipped) somewhere on the net.

Bought my K&N from ebay for about 250 (can't remember the exact price) and LOVE the sound it makes. You can really hear that air intake!
