I have an 07 4Runner SR5 and I'm looking to buy an OEM Trailer Hitch so it matches with the stock bolt pattern.

Is the hitch in good condition? What year model was it originally on?

The hitch is in good condition, a little bit of surface rust where the ballmount slid in and out. It's off of a '05 sport edition.

Thanks for sending the pic, but I'm actually looking for the tubular style like shown in this link, which I'm assuming comes on 2006-2007 models:
