I'm located in NE Ohio, just seeing if anyone local has a Toyota for parts or knows of any good shops/sites for parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Is your 4runner a manual or automatic? Either way you should be able to get a NEW radiator for ~$200 or less. People who have automatic trannys tend to go with a Koyo A1998 radiator because Toyota's radiator is about $300 more expensive than the Koyo. If you have a manual tranny, I think the Toyota rad is about $200, so it may be worth it to get the Toyota part.

KOYO A1998 is the one to get and around $120ish shipped to your door. Radiatorbarn, ebay, just shop and compare. This was one of the easier Do It Yourself jobs I have ever attempted for my friends 01 Limited.
Toyota OEM price was over $300 everywhere I looked a couple months back.
