I have a better option. What if you could get all the features of SG and more for 1/4 the cost and new! Well, you will owe for this one, take a look at ultra-gauge.com. Its like SG, but on steroids. Its cheap.
I have been using mine for a week or so and I absolutely love it. When I bought mine they were giving away a free windshield mount. The mount has worked out great. :jaw drop:

Any pictures of your setup?

I don't have any pictures. I've just mounted it to the far left on the windshield mount so that the unit is actually situated just in front of the left pillar....that is between the driver and the pillar. In that position, it does not block my view at all. It also came with Velcro so that it can be mounted on the face of the dash or in front of stock gauges. Its tempting to want to velcro it over the face of the temperature gauge, since the factory gauge is so vague. Ultragauge gives you the digital read out of the temperature.

whats the build quality? does it feel solid or like cheapy plastic? it looks sweet in the infomercial but I never trust those

Its a solid unit. And despite its big screen, its very compact like 3.25"x2.25"x0.4". Its got the look of an itouch or iphone. There is a bracket that attaches it to the windshield mount that could be beefier...other than that, I'm totally happy with it.

SG looks old, bloated and clunky in comparison.

I just wanted everyone to know that Runner777 is a fraud, it appears that staff members of the company selling the Ultra Gauge have been caught posting on forums as happy Ultragauge customers. I don't know if their product is a quality one or not but I do know that I don't like their marketing practices:

I think I'll be holding out for a Scanguage
