You wasted my time with this, I see Spizike9 claimed the same thing. Be respectful of other fellow T4R members and our time.

I did not low ball and will no respond to an abusively verbal text. I had a deal with one seller be he did not have a paypal account as a result of a complaint his PayPal was shut down so I am not comfortable making a bank transfer with that seller .

Just to clear up there was no complaint from another PayPal buyer. Account was shut down because I sold a stripped upper receiver on AR15.com and in my ad I put "no mention of guns" in my ad which is very common over there. I was dealing with a first time buyer and what did he do? He put "Spike's stripped upper receiver" in the comments and my account was flagged and shut down.

Our transaction went down like this:

Friday morning (April 21st) I sent you video of rims. You said you wanted them but asked if I could wait until Monday the 24th. I said no problem so I waited listing the rims. It wasn't until the 28th you responded back to me. At that point you didn't want to use Wells Fargo Surepay or Chase Quickpay or any other type of payment to make transaction.

You then asked if I had PayPal. I told you I did not based on the exact story that I posted here. At that point it looked like we didn't have a deal because of that.

I then asked my brother if I could use his PayPal account and he said yes. You didn't want to cover your own fees so I then decided I would cover them to make the deal work. You then wanted references so I gave you over 300 transactions from Gunbroker, AR15.com and eBay. The only negative transaction out of all of those was a guy recently where we worked out a trade I was going to send him 3 Pmags and he was going to send me a LaRue Dillo in exchange. Well we had just moved and my pmags were at my parent's house so I never followed through with the trade. HE NEVER SENT ME THE DILLO I DIDN'T SEND HIM THE PMAGS, but I do admit that the deal fell through mainly because I never made it out to my parents house to get my mags. That's my only negative feedback out of over 300 left but more like 400 transactions.

You then wanted to pay half and have me ship two rims and then ship the other two later because your wanted to be "protected." If I remember right, thats why you wanted to use PayPal so that you could be protected. I told you I was done dealing with you because after repeated attempts trying to make this deal work I just couldn't make you happy. I finally listed the rims on Sunday April 30th and when I woke up in the morning I had a PM from you asking about buying them again.

Everyone you can decide who's at fault here.

And I have the text messages as proof from the non PayPal seller.

What is the proof that you have? That I tried to do everything I could to make the sale work but nothing was good enough for you. Again it sounds like you are trying to twist things about my account being shut down for screwing someone out of the deal but that's not the case and I told you that wasn't the case. You should have seen that by my feedback. More than half of those transactions were done by either personal check or USPS money order.

I got this guy a shipping quote, he didn't even respond back telling me no or whatever.

Shippping is expensive and I even asked if he had any ideas to reduce it. I really hate that, at least finalize it with a no and don't waste my time.

This has happened twice with this guy and another member.
