WTB Wheels in NC

Hey everyone.
I'm going to need new tires soon and I'm currently running the old 16" Split 3 spoke rims that have a faded clear coat.

I'd like to get some new wheels or a set of wheels and tires with low miles on the tires near Durham NC.

I'm either looking for some newer style 16" wheels or a set of 17's in good condition where i won't need to refinish or paint them. Silver or polished aluminum. No black please.

I've seen some decent deals on the forums but nothing local and shipping isn't worth it.
