WTT: Silver Sport Hood w/Scoop for Black One

Anyone have a black sport hood w/scoop that they are willing to trade for my silver one? Picked mine up this past weekend in Anaheim, CA pick n pull.

I know that there were (2) black ones in the same junkyard that were both already stripped to the bone when I got there. Hoping that either of the owners of the black hoods would be willing to trade.

Please advise.

So thats who got that hood... my girlfriend doesn't like you, lol. IMO just paint it because that's what I was gonna do with it. We took the center console and some other stuff. Got a seat from a Limited too.

Black is easy to paint match, just paint it.

Just came back from Maaco and they want $550 to paint just the hood - wow!

Find a guy on craigslist who works at a body shop and does side work at home in their garage. That's what I did when I got my hood repainted. It's not perfect, but you can't notice the blemishes unless you're really looking. I paid $150, so I can have it repainted 4 times for the cost of one "professional" paint job I would have just scratched up on the trail.

I think I will roll with the mismatched sport hood until I run into someone with a black sport hood, OR another black sport hood from the local self-help JYs.

Someone already PM’d me, linking me up with another MBR who might have a black one to trade!

Also, just installed some fresh TRD sticks!
