I get that the shipping is $100. Kind of kills it for me. To bad battery can't be pickup up at a local Battery Plus Bulbs location.

All cable extensions are provided to avoid having to "roll your own" to allow the factory battery cables to meet the new terminals.

I'm planning on getting the battery locally at a Batteries Plus, but can you tell me what these cable extensions are and if I could get them when picking up my battery? Thank you!

been searching for my next battery. Odyssey was my first choice, then Northstar. Never heard of X2.. Any feedback? Glad I found this GB as I would be interested in just getting a larger battery size

I don't know, I'm not the OP, but it seems to me buying the cage separately and then purchasing the battery locally only make sense. Seems to avoid a shipping cost.

I'd also like an answer to this. I just picked up the group 31M battery (what a beast!!), and of course the terminals do not each at all (makes sense considering the 4Runner battery is group 24F). I can see how the terminals would fit with adapters or cable extensions, so if anyone knows what adapters will work, please help. Thanks!
