xenon depot hi/lo problems

well i hooked up my passenger hid to see how it looked and it worked fine, but once i unplugged the driver side halogen the passenger side hi came on and same w/ the driver once i plugged it in. id i turn the high beams on in the car nothing happens(no light on the dash board and no power change at the plug) but once i plug in the old bulb on the driver side the passenger works fine. any one kno whats wrong?

So your saying when you turn your high beams on your HID's go off? I'm kinda confused with what your trying to say..

I didn't think that HID's had a high beam.

hi/lo kis do, theres a shield on a linear magnet motor that slides back to expose the whole bulb making the light brighter givving you hi/lo.

no my hid hi beams stay on and my fogs are off but no hibeam light in the dash board and when i move the stick nothing happens. but once i plug a halogen bulb in on one side they bolth work flawlessly(i have a halogen plugged in to my driver side and the hid on the passenger)

Were you driving down route 15 south today like around 5pm? I saw a 99+ 4runner with one halogen and one H.I.D on! Thats gotta be one hell of a coincedence if not.
