I've been in contact with Steve at xenondepot.com about a group buy.

Specifically Xenon lighting for the 4th generation. He indicated pricing would be about $399 plus $20 shipping for kits using phillips 4300K capsules. (no asian, purple crap here) All components are ordered/provided for from an authorized phillips dealer to ensure legitimacy. This Kelvin rating results in superior bright white while at certain angles a purple hue would be visible.

I've had 8000K asian capsules on my bike and it was very purple. Not nearly as useful as bright white. Higher the Kelvin rating the more off-white the light is and more errant the light beams are. Thus being less useful light as bright white.

For this type of pricing he would need 10 orders. However he indicated that there is another group buy going on with these kits and he could put our orders together with this. No promises on this yet. He just said he would see what he could do.
