Hello members. Just thought I'd share with you the different views between LED vs OEM low-beams on my 2005 4runner.

The install is very straight forward. The only snag is to ensure the arrows between the light and ballast is aligned (per the arrows on the hardware). Took me 5 tries and 30+ minutes to trouble shoot that requirement.

Note: you may not see much difference between the two pictures; however, going on a test drive in the dark IS a night and day difference in what I am able to see and experience .

Looks like lots of glare for oncoming traffic, congrats.

I'll keep an eye out for that as I am driving around more and more after sunset. Specifically, as I was testing the new setup last night, I didn't notice anyone annoyed with the glare nor flashing me. Was even driving next to (then behind) a police officer and no problems arose. Will continue to test and let this group know of any issues or discrepancy.

I would say point them down a bit. You could easily bring the beam pattern down to edge the OEM heat circle is just for good measure. I don't think that would limit your visibility any and it will most likely light up the road a bit better for you as well.
