XM radio for 06 4runner help...?

Hey guys, new to the site and looking for a little assistance if you don't mind. I've contacted Crutchfield.com both online and on the phone and they are saying they don't sell the adapter for Toyota's to connect an XM/Sirius adapter to the stock radio. They said this is normal with Toyota because it's a Toyota part and will run around $300. Anybody know where you can find these adapters for a reasonable price. If it weren't my 4Runner I could get the entire kit through Crutchfield for $89...

Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks!

Thanks Jeff for the feedback. I was actually looking for the kit that plugs into the back of the existing JBL stereo and operates WITHOUT FM modulation. It will then display data on the stereo front while also tied into steering wheel controls. Pretty much hidden from view...

Ever seen these kits on aftermarket shelves?

I just got a XM setup this week in my Black 2005 4runner Limited and my setup including installation at Best Buy was around $170.
