XREAS Diagram

Can someone point me to or provide me with a diagram of the XREAS setup, please?

The dealer is replacing my leaking front shocks tomorrow(covered under warranty) and I want to make sure they are replacing the correct components.

how many miles do you have on your truck? where does the xreas leak?

30k miles (dealer only said that the front shocks were leaking - didn't indicate where).

yikes...I have 34k on mine...should expect them to leak soon? cripe...leaking at 30k sucks...is there a puddle on the floor type leak?

Don't know. They discovered the leak while performing the 30k Service. It's the right front shock.


Anyone got the diagram?

Why don't you just have the dealer point out the problem to you? The leaking oil should be in plain sight. The X-reas system is cross linked under the entire vehicle. Any good service department would be happy to show you the problem and answer your questions. That way you know whats going on, and don't have to worry.

I'm bringing the truck in tomorrow. I'll ask then. I just wanted the diagram as a reference. I'm definitely more of a picture person.

So as it turns out, I dropped the car off at the dealer, once again questioning whether they had the correct parts to do the job, and of course not more than 20 mins after I left I received a phone call from the Service manager apologizing for dropping the ball on this and ordering the wrong parts. They aren't even sure now what's involved in this repair.

*** Does anyone have the manual where it describes what's involved in doing this... and would be willing to just post that section of it or even email it directly to me? ***
