Xreas replacement, Same springs?

At 110k on my 2003 Sport, the Xreas is leaking. Would like to replace with a non-Xreas system. I have read much about the FJ system from an 07-09, but not having luck in buying...
My question is that IF, I were to just order Bilstein 5100's could I reuse the same springs? Are the ones that I have different from what are on oem non Xreas 4rs?

Also, if i were able to do this, then which shocks do I want for the rear?

ur 03 springs may be sagging a bit, id suggest getting a set of the FJ springs to use with the 5100. if ur going to use 5100 on the front, use em on the rear also.
