My Xtant 404M started smoking today. I've had it for years and think that a something may have gotten in there and shorted something out. Because I installed it myself, it is not covered under warranty. The repair is $100.
I am trying to decide if I should fix it or not. I love Xtant. This is my 3rd product from them and the first problem I have had. What would you guys do?
If I got it fixed would anyone want it for $100 plus shipping? Usually when they repair these things they go all out making sure everything is in top-notch shape. I hate to see a great product like this go to waste.
