Thought these findings might be helpful to others looking at this Toyota Accessory. I ordered the "Xtreme mat w/ double deck" (part # PTS07-89030) for the new 4R... about $90 from dealer.
What I found is that this mat is designed only to be used when the deck/shelf is in the up position. It does not have enough depth to use when the shelf is down (about a foot too short). Also, it does not extend into the two cutout/tiedown areas nearest the tailgate.
The mat is of good quality rubber. "Lip" is very minimal...so probably would not contain much of a spill.
As I was looking for something to cover entire cargo area (with shelf down), I returned it (and am ordering Husky liner).
Hopefully this is helpful to somebody that may be looking at one of these, as the product description is rather vague. I'm unsure how the coverage differs if you order the one "without double deck".
