Im still having problems with lights on dash, But I needed new tires because I was to stupid to get a front end alin. after doing 2 in. lift Guy call's me back and said left tie rod need replaced. O.K., do it. I go to pick it up, start my drive home and it woudnt shift out of first. Im cussing like you never heard. Im thinking, here we go now with a tran. rebuilt. When I finally got home, Something told me to check the speed sensor on the trans. You got it. They unplugged it and forgot to plug it back in. Pluged it back in ,Test drove it ...no problem. Aint it funny how small things can drive you nucking futs

Glad it turned out to be an easy fix. I would call the shop if I were you and have a word with them. Maybe they will give you a discount or some money back.

I would call and talk to the service manager. No reason why they should have unplugged that for a tie rod end or any other kind of suspension work. I've done a million sterring racks and never had to unplug a speed sensor
