My 2001 4Runner took a 44".

Isnt the 2008 wider?

Go to Yakima's website and build one for an 08 4Runner. It will display the correct size fairing.....

I thought it did, and brief look at the site didn't give me the size. For what it is worth, I called them, and was on hold for 25 min. and no response from their Sales Dep.

As far as the website goes, it wants you to complete the sale, nearly, before it gives you the fairing size.

The 38" fits between the roof rack rails

i have the factory crossbar and it doesn't look like it'll fit into the fairing clips. does anyone have experience with this? any other suggestions? i would like to tilt my moonroof but the noise is pretty unbearable... thanks!
