Well, the seller of the rims in the first post is a bit on the flakie side. So I'm still looking around.

Came across these tonight, 16" rims off a Tacoma. Any idea if these would work on a 4runner and anyone have set of these installed on their 4runner?

I like em. Especially if they are all that clean. Don't know enough about the rim to know if it will fit but I'd bet they'll be just fine.

I have seen those on a 3rd gen. on here, believe he was from Ohio and it was Desert Dune.. anyways, they will fit but have a different backspacing and will tuck your wheels/tires in some compared to stock.

I would paint them because you'll be more unique that way.

Someone over on YT posted it up. From his build description it looks like he didn't need spacers. I don't think they look that bad.

I actually have a set of these sitting in my garage that I need to sell. The backspacing is about 1/2 inch more than stock, so you risk rubbing depending on your tire.

I like the look, but I was worried about the backspacing issue, and I found a great deal on a set of stock 5-spokes identical to my current wheels.
