Yellow and Blue Lighting?

Hey guys.

For those of you who have bought your Hella Micro DE fog light kits from Yellow and Blue Lighting, what was the ship time?

I ordered a set of them from their website which comes with the extra switch and such for our trucks specifically. I am going to install them in an 01 SR5, which belongs to my friend David.

It's been about 3 weeks. I can't get hold of anyone at the company. Their phone goes unanswered. They haven't responded to any of my emails, either. Sometimes I get their answering machine, other times I get a message saying that their phone has been disconnected.

Never dealt with Yellow and Blue lighting, but I bought the Hella DE kit from Susquehanna MotorSports - Auto Performance Product

When I ordered them in Sept 2010, the web site said was in stock. But that wasn't the case. I finally did get them in March 2011!!
Six months later!!

I did call them a few times to see what was up?
Dave the owner (I think) told me that Hella USA discontinued them because the demand wasn't there anymore. So Hella Germany had to tool up and start making them again because there were no more available. I think Hella Germany made a certain amount this time around and that it for these lights.

But I would call Susquehanna MotorSports and talk to Dave to see if they do have them and or still can get them..

If I recall (fuzzy) it took maybe 1-2 weeks to ship, that was about 6 mos. ago +/-. I remember not feeling fuzzy about the communication, like maybe they didnt send me tracking info or no email or shipping confirmations or something. not a huge deal, and definitely not like what you are experiencing. i think they shipped from the atlanta area.

I ordered a kit from them on feb 28th of this year and it took about a 1.5-2 weeks to get them from what i remember. that was from GA to WA.

I bought mine in August 2010 and received it about 1 to 1.5 weeks later. I had emailed the guy regarding shipping costs and he replied promptly the next morning.

I would've probably never bought anything from their website because of the way it looked. Only because other members on here and other websites (Yotatech) got them and gave positive reviews.

If nothing works, I'll file a complaint with the credit card company and then buy them from where cfranck1 said.

Just an update... filed a complaint with the credit card company and got my money back. They never once answered the phone or emailed me back...
